3. User Responsibilities

4. Payment Terms

NovaVectra operates on a pay-per-qualified-lead model. Payment terms include:

• Charges apply only to leads that meet your specified qualification criteria
• Pricing varies based on industry, target market, and campaign complexity
• Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due within 30 days
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice

5. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy and security seriously. Our commitments include:

• Complying with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA
• Using data only for the purposes of providing our services
• Not selling or sharing your data with unauthorized third parties

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, NovaVectra does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability
• Suspend services for security or technical reasons
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

NovaVectra's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Access to NovaVectra services will be discontinued
• Outstanding invoices remain due and payable
• Data will be retained according to our data retention policy

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Angelo, Texas.
